Overview

Easy Listing is a Chrome extension that helps users autofill event and show listing forms using information they have saved in the Easy Listing web app.

The extension is designed to help users move their own saved show information into third-party listing forms more quickly. It does not automatically submit forms. Users are responsible for reviewing all autofilled information before submitting any form.

Information We May Use

Easy Listing may use information saved by the user in the Easy Listing web app, including:

Show or event title
Date
Time
Venue name
Address
Description
Ticket link
Related listing or event details
User account information if the user is logged in, such as email address or account ID

The extension only uses this information to provide autofill and saved-listing features.

How Information Is Used

Easy Listing uses saved show information to display the user's saved shows in the extension, let the user choose a show or event, autofill matching fields on third-party event or listing forms, and help the user manage saved listing information connected to their Easy Listing account.

Easy Listing does not use this data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Where Information Is Stored

Show and account information may be stored in Supabase, the backend service used by the Easy Listing web app. This allows users to access saved show information when logged into their Easy Listing account.

The Chrome extension may also store limited information locally in the user's browser, such as login session information or extension settings needed for the extension to work. Local browser storage is used only to support extension functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data.

We do not share user data with third parties for unrelated advertising, behavioral targeting, or data brokerage.

When a user chooses to autofill a third-party form, the selected show information is inserted into the form fields on that page. The user decides whether to submit that form to the third-party website.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

Easy Listing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, Chrome extension APIs, or browser-based extension permissions will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Easy Listing only uses extension permissions and user data to provide user-facing autofill and saved-listing features. The extension does not use this data for unrelated advertising, does not sell this data, and does not transfer this data except as necessary to provide the extension's core functionality or as required by law.

Remote Code

The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript. All extension scripts are packaged with the extension. The extension connects to Supabase only to authenticate users and retrieve saved show data needed for autofill features.

Data Retention and Deletion

Saved show and account information may remain stored in the Easy Listing web app backend unless deleted by the user or by request.

Users may request deletion of their data by contacting dgspecialpromotions@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the account or data to be deleted.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no internet-based service or browser extension can guarantee complete security.

Users should only autofill forms on websites they trust and should review all information before submitting.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
